Complete mixing vessle with an injection pump and complementary equipment for mixing and filling of fluids concisting of 70% water and 30% ethylene glycol. The mixing is activated when the pump is in operation and the valve for filling is closed and the valve for mixing is open. When the mixing is completed the valve for filling is opened and the valve for mixing is closed and the fluid is pumped into the system.
The vessle is manufactured in food approved natural MD- polyethene, recyclable and resistant to corrosion and chemicals. A visible scale is attached on the outside of the vessle for easy portioning of the different fluids.The mechanical parts in the injection pump is made in stainless steel with built in thermal motor protection. Operation of the pump with a circuit breaker mounted on the pump.
For easy connection to the system a pipe fitting with free-running coupling nut DN25 is included, together with 1.5 meter cable and earthed connector. The vessel has soft-sealing pipe inlets for maximum protection against oxygenation of the fluid, which is perishable and that otherwise degrades rapidly, with other properties as a result. If the outlet line of the safety valve is to be led to the vessle, be sure the line is pressureless in order to maintain the capacity of the safety valve.
At the refill of the system, when the pump sucks from the vessel, be sure that the screwed lid is detached to let air enter into the vessel. To empty the vessle, close the the valve for filling, unscrew the coupling to the pipe and detach the vessle. Unscrew the lid on top, tilt the tank carefully and let out the desired amount.
