We design customized liquid-based systems for cooling down industrial processes or machines. The systems are normally up to 1.5 MW rated at PN 40 in DN 15-250 but will be designed to specified criterias. Wetted parts are selected in suitable materials depending on cooling media and produced according to PED or ASME.
Usually, the system consists of a heat exchanger, either water to water or dry cooler, and pumps circulating water to cool down the process or machine. The cooling unit can be equipped with a standalone control system to fully automate the temperature control, or connected to parent control system.
