My everyday life consists of a lot of customer relations. I help our customers find smart solutions regarding technical challenges within flow technology. Most of it I can handle on my own. I’ve worked in sales for a long time so I have a great amount of both practical and theoretical knowledge. When it comes more detailed technical questions I look for support from our product specialists.
I like meeting people and I am in control of my days. It’s very important to set aside enough time to really understand the customer’s needs. That is the foundation in order to be able to propose a good solution and get the deal. To take home the deal is fun and a vital momentum when you work in sales.
I never visit a customer unannounced. Their time is as important as mine. I prefer a fruitful discussion with my customers and by having long lasting relationships it sometimes evolves into friendship.
