Nordic Marketing Assistant

Become our new Nordic Marketing Assistant and join our growing team.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Nordic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across various business units (BUs), ensuring alignment with product launches, promotions, and overall strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and is passionate about creating compelling, targeted content that resonates with different audiences.

You'll be a part of our Nordic Marketing & Communication team, we are a team of 7 persons in the Nordics, working close together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Conduct regular check-ins with BU leaders to stay updated on projects, campaigns, and content needs (weekly/biweekly).
    • Gather requests, clarify objectives, establish timelines, and align on expected outcomes.
  • Campaign Coordination
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns to align with BU product launches, promotions, and overall business goals.
    • Oversee the creation of BU-specific marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Content Development & Distribution
    • Create tailored content, such as blog posts, articles, and case studies, to support BU needs.
    • Draft, edit, and refine copy for various marketing materials.
    • Adapt and distribute content across multiple channels.
    • Plan and schedule social media posts to align with BU and overall NMC strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Track the performance of marketing activities and provide insightful reports.
    • Collect feedback to refine and improve future content and campaigns.
  • SEO Optimization
    • Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Event & Webinar Support
    • Assist in the planning and execution of events and webinars.
  • Proficiency in AI Tools
    • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and content development.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Swedish & English, written and oral.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
  • Content creation and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and SEO tools – or willing to learn.
  • Experience in campaign coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Experience working with AI tools is a plus.
